Stallion Food Safety (SFS) aims to enhance the quality of the Food Safety Culture within the Maldives. At the helm is a team of highly trained professionals with a combined experience of over 50 years in the industry across a wide spectrum of industries. We have specialists in pre-opening consultation for resorts, cafés and restaurants plus sustainability expertise and the only MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) auditor in the country. At SFS, we offer auditing, consulting and training services to ensure compliance with National and International standards of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. We provide bespoke hassle free, and practical solutions that are fit for a particular business. (All audits and consultation will include compliance with Covid-19 safety measures plus general health and safety).

Auditing & Inspection

Gap analysis to evaluate the facility in terms of food safety and hygiene and a separate gap audit will be performed in relation to the Food Safety Management / HACCP system and a
comprehensive reports submitted. A continuous audit program to establish, monitor & maintain standards shall be carried out for all premises followed by realistic recommendations.
Inspections will cover:
• All food and beverage preparation, storage and service areas.
• Front Office, Spa and Accommodation units.
• Health & Safety (Including Fitness Centers, Kids Club, Pool Safety, Beach Safety)
